Laundromat do not offer reservations. All machines operate on a strictly first-come, first-served basis.
Laundromat self-service facilities are strictly for washing and drying clothes. It is prohibited to remain in Laundromat locations for any other purposes.

Laundromat assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from non-compliance with the above provisions.
You may not use your own washing, softening, bleaching or other cleaning products. High-quality detergents and softeners are added automatically to washing machines, which are included in the washing price.
Before using a Laundromat washing machine or dryer, check the condition of the appliance and make sure there are no other customers’ clothes left in the appliance. Laundromat accepts no responsibility for damage to or dye staining of your clothing.
Do not exceed the maximum weight indicated on the Laundromat washing machine and dryer you have chosen.
Wash and dry your laundry according to the instructions on the labels of the clothes you are washing. Laundromat accepts no responsibility for defects or damage to your clothing if you have not selected the appropriate washing or drying programme for your clothing.
Do not use Laundromat dryers if the care label on your clothes indicates they cannot be tumble dried, or if the label is missing and you are unsure whether you can use a tumble dryer.
Do not use Laundromat washing machines if the care label on your clothes indicates they cannot be machine washed, or if the label is missing and you are unsure whether you can use a washing machine.
Do not leave your clothes unattended while they are being washed or dried. Laundromat is not responsible for your clothes left unattended.
If the washing or drying programme has finished, immediately remove your clothes from the washing machine or dryer. If you do not unload your clothes from the washing machine or dryer at the end of the programme, your clothes may be removed by other customers who need to use the appliances. Laundromat is not responsible for your clothes left unattended.
Do not crowd, keep your distance and do not disturb other customers.
The Laundromat space is not intended for the storage of laundry, not even temporarily, or for any other type of luggage or personal belongings.
Takeaway food and drinks are not allowed in the facilities.
Maintain order and cleanliness in every Laundromat locations. Pick up the waste after yourself.
Laundry baskets are intended for use exclusively on Laundromat premises and may not be taken outside.
Video surveillance is carried out in all Laundromat locations.
Please note that if the washing or drying programme you have selected is not finished before the end of the opening hours, it will be possible to finish washing or drying, but do not start a new programme after the closing hours.
Do not wash items that contain flammable or hazardous substances.
Check your clothes for sharp or metal objects that could damage the machine.
Always check your pockets before washing to make sure nothing is left behind, such as tissues, receipts, or keys.
